The clock is ticking down and Wednesday is approaching (obviously this would be the case if time is still moving, which it is). For those who may not know, we're premiering a little known video called Stay Gold by some shoe company called Emerica.

Back to the subject at hand - Jerry Hsu is a super ripper with a unique style and might be doing quite a few switch tricks in his new part. Who knows, he might even have a full part of switch tricks! That would be pretty crazy, huh. Probably not, right. I mean, who could have a full beastly part of just switch tricks? Well, Jerry could.

Brandon Westgate

We're gearing up for one of the raddest videos to be released since probably Fully Flared. Well, maybe Fully Flared. There have been some pretty good flicks out like Alien Workshop, which is on the top of my list and a lot of other people's.

Anyways, Emerica Stay Gold will encompass a large group of rippers and some great editing. Working our way up to the premiere here at Evolution on Septemeber 1st, we'll be posting people's past parts who will be in Stay Gold.

Brandon Westgate is a true ripper with an original style. Just look at this ollie in Houston from the latest Skateboarder Magazine. The dude is a beast.

Sole Technology

A couple of boxes from Sole Technology made their way through the doors this morning. Two new styles in four colors from Emerica and es Footwear. We're gearing up for the Emerica video and so should you.

The Emerica Jinx is a good price point shoe at just under fifty bucks. Keep some money in your pocket and put some solid skate shoes on your feet.

The Square 2 in two colorways. Navy/Grey and an all red version of a really comfortable skate shoe.

Lakai or Die

We hope everyone out there is enjoying the first week of back to school. The older dudes with a day off during the week are probably pretty stoked to have a park to themselves, which is partially why I decided to head down to the beach yesterday and skate the Port Aransas park.

To freshen up the shoe wall and fill in some of the holes from our back to school sale we picked up some Lakai shoes. The Manchester has been a shop favorite for quite some time, so the Manchester Select (vulcanized sole) was a no brainer for us to grab. We also picked up a fresh colorway in the Pico, a good shoe with some good board feel.

The Manchester Select in a grippy suede. The shape on these are choice for some shred sled riding. Pick the Mike Mo or the standard charcoal Manchester, either way you'll be stoked.

Back to School

Shipment of some new products for back to school shopping this weekend. Some new tees in assorted colors and companies: Baker, Deathwish, Girl, Fourstar, and Alien Workshop.

This is a pretty rad Max Schaaf Fourstar tee. Small print on the pocket, el grande print covering the back.

Volcom backpacks to carry your school books during the week and your shred on the weekends (if your folks are cool with that).

Vans on a Thursday

A restock on the Vans Era in navy and also in black (not pictured). The navy ERA has a pretty sweet new tone to it, which is well.... pretty sweet.

The cupsole Versa inspired and designed by Alex Olson's ability to ride a skateboard with steez. Since not many companies have been working with cupsoles, this is a nice addition to the wall. Now in a sleek grey.

The Devil's Toy Premiere - Austin, TX

If you're going to head out to Austin on Friday for a day of shredding, you should definitely check out a new video presented by Gnarbro and No-Comply Skateshop. This flick is going to be pretty awesome, so you should definitely check it out with a bunch of other peoples who are already planning on going.
